Laborer - Parking Lot Maintenance & SealcoatingPosition Overview We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer to join our growing parking lot maintenance team. This position involves a variety of hands-on outdoor work including sealcoating, line striping, asphalt repair, curb work, and general parking lot maintenance and refreshing services. Candidates should be motivated, able to work efficiently in a team environment, and willing to travel to nearby cities as needed. Services We Provide Our company specializes in: Parking lot maintenance and refreshing Sealcoating Line striping Asphalt patching Crack sealing Curb installation and repair Bollard installation Sign installation Job Responsibilities Assist with sealcoating and asphalt maintenance projects Perform crack sealing, asphalt patching, and surface preparation Install and repair curbs, bollards, and signage Assist with layout and application of parking lot striping Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently with crew members Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to drive company vehicles Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work well with others and take direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Prior construction, asphalt, sealcoating, or striping experience is preferred but not required Travel Requirements Some travel to nearby cities is required Occasional overnight stays may be necessary depending on project location Compensation Pay is dependent on experience, skill level, and qualifications Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Schedule Full-time position Hours may vary depending on project schedules and weather conditions To apply, please submit your resume and/or work experience information.
