CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Position SummaryThe Construction Laborer provides essential support to field teams, including foremen, construction carpenters, form setters, finishers, and general laborers across a variety of construction projects. Working under direct supervision, this role assists in the successful execution of day-to-day project activities by performing general labor tasks and operating mechanical equipment as required. Responsibilities include supporting site maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to a safe work environment through active housekeeping and hazard prevention efforts. The Construction Laborer plays a hands-on role in promoting efficiency, safety, and productivity on construction sites, making them a key contributor to overall project success.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare construction sites.

Follow instructions from supervisors.

Implement construction plans.

Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties.

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to job functions.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Promptly report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents to management.

Participate in required training sessions and safety briefings.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
