This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, from residential remodels to commercial builds, in a fast-paced environment. As a construction laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, this position provides a platform to develop your skills and grow within the construction industry. All positions are paid, and we welcome applicants eager to contribute their energy and enthusiasm to our projects. Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on-site Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision to support construction tasks Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions for various trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing Perform tasks related to concrete forming, finishing, or masonry work as needed Support installation of windows, doors, cabinets, flooring, tile, or drywall Conduct basic inspections of work sites for safety hazards or quality issues Assist with demolition or restoration projects by removing old materials or preparing surfaces Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Requirements Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; training provided for entry-level candidates Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus but not mandatory for all roles Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn new skills across multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or framing Valid driver's license preferred but not essential depending on project requirements Join us today and be part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence!
