LEWIS BUILDERS, INC.
June 2026 ROLE The role of the Laborer is to support field crews in delivering high-quality residential construction by performing physical tasks safely, efficiently, and with a professional attitude.
KEY OUTCOMES
Job sites are consistently clean, organized, and free of hazards in accordance with company standards. Safety gear and supplies are stocked and accessible on all active job sites. Materials and supplies are picked up and delivered accurately and on time when runs are required. Non-skilled tasks assigned by the Project Manager, Production Coordinator, or senior field staff are completed promptly and without the need for follow-up.
COMPETENCIES
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and construction materials. Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license.
