In this role, you will be an integral part of construction projects, providing essential support through various hands-on tasks. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure that projects progress smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while contributing to dynamic building initiatives. All positions are paid, including internships, with a focus on fostering growth and skill development. Duties Operate sit-down or stationary equipment to assist with construction tasks and material handling Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Use hand tools and power tools for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or finishing work Support skilled tradespeople with tasks related to plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry as needed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution Perform basic construction activities including concrete forming, masonry, roofing, or flooring installation Assist with demolition, restoration, or remodeling projects by handling materials and tools efficiently Skills Experience reading blueprints and schematics for various construction tasks Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments Knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols Familiarity with construction estimating and inspection processes Skills in using Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup (preferred) Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required Experience in specific trades such as carpentry (frame, trim, door hanging), masonry, roofing, or glass installation Understanding of concrete finishing, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, or caulking techniques Ability to work on-site with diverse teams while adhering to safety standards and schematics instructions Strong physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working at heights or in confined spaces Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in the construction industry!
