MUST HAVE REMODELING EXPERIENCE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work on various projects. Must have experience in electrical, plumbing or heavy handyman repairs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople. Rowland Construction, Inc. specializes in residential remodels, some commercial TI improvements and windows installation. Wanting a well rounded employee who does not shy away from challenges on the jobsite. Must have 2 years experience with remodels. Duties Perform remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, painting, appliance install, finish plumbing and electrical. Submit daily/ weekly logs Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in various construction tasks. Conduct electrical work as needed, including the use of voltmeters and ohmmeters for testing circuits. Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during electrical installations. Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing and HVAC to ensure seamless project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to remodeling tasks. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including experience as a commercial or residential electrician.
