Construction Laborer T4 Homes Cupertino, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Driver's License Construction industry experience Cleaning Working on construction projects Full Job Description About the company: T4 Homes is a licensed residential construction company based out of south bay area. Projects are mostly single family and multi-family homes. We always try to keep things short and simple, and we value honesty and hard work.
Responsibilities:
Miscellaneous day to day residential construction activities.
Cleanup:
Includes hauling & dumping construction waste,
Inspections:
Attend inspectors and communicate to subcontractors.
Loading and unloading:
All construction material like doors, windows, cabinets, tiles, drywall, plumbing fixtures, appliances, pavers, and other landscape. Flexibility to work on Saturdays as and when needed, but within 40-hours per week.
Qualifications:
Construction labor experience of at least 2 years. The more, the better. Basic experience with basic tools & equipments. Valid driver's license with clean record.
Bilingual:
English and Spanish. Speak, read, and write. Can lift up to about 50-pounds of weight comfortably. Have own vehicle.
