Level Construction Helpers Experienced Construction Foreman Experienced Foreman Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise construction crews Coordinate daily job site activities Ensure work is completed safetly and efficiently Communicate with office staff and clients Train helpers Performed skilled construction work as needed
Foreman Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years construction experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read plans and manage projects Experience with remodeling, framing, drywall, stucco, concrete Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to tow a trailer preferred Own tools preferred
Construction Helper Responsibilities:
•Pick up and deliver material to job sites Assist crews with daily construction tasks Load and unload materials on tools Maintain clean and safe job sites Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, stucco, concrete, and remodeling tasks Follow instructions from office staff and foremen Pick up and deliver lunch
Helper Requirements:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Good attitude to perform and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical labor Basic tool knowledge is a plus Ability to drive with a trailer is a plus (we are willing to teach) Most of the work is in Cypress, Long Beach, and surrounding areas.
