Field Technician / Construction Laborer Outdoor Work

What You'll Do Operate sidewalk grinding and concrete cutting equipment Travel to job sites using company vehicles Identify and remove sidewalk trip hazards Document completed work using smartphone-based applications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow company safety procedures and job protocols What You'll Need Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and documentation purposes Basic familiarity with smartphone and computer applications used for job documentation Valid California driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active outdoor work Reliable transportation to the daily meeting location Legal authorization to work in the United States Additional Requirements Driving is required for this position. Technicians operate company vehicles and travel to job sites throughout San Diego County. Applicants must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain a driving record acceptable to the company's vehicle insurance carrier and safety standards , as driving is an essential function of the position. Due to work performed at schools, government facilities, and military installations , selected candidates must be able to successfully complete screening processes associated with site access.

This may include:

Post-offer drug testing Respirator medical evaluation and fit testing Background screening conducted after a conditional offer of employment Some project sites require eligibility for access to secured facilities, including military bases . Access approval may involve military base access screening (DBIDS) and is determined by the applicable authority, not by the company.
