Construction Laborer

Job Title:

Construction Laborer Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and testing of rigging systems (lines, pulleys, hoists) Support alignment, leveling, and anchoring of heavy machinery Attach loads and guide operators during lifts and transport Prepare job sites: debris removal, bracing, scaffolding, support forms Safely operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, laser levels, skid steers) Ensure machinery is secured for transport Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Maintain clean, organized work areas and collaborate with team member Requirements 2+ years of construction or general labor experience (commercial or concrete preferred) Experience using hand and power tools Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift Comfortable working outdoors, in confined spaces, and high-noise environments Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset Must be 18+ Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
