Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Construction Laborers for a start in Fremont, CA!
WEEKLY PAY

$27-29/hr (days)•$29-31/hr (nights)
HOURS:
Shifts will be 10-12-hour workdays (60+ hours/week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer / Material Mover to assist skilled tradespeople on active construction job sites. This position supports various trades such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other construction professionals by performing general labor duties, moving materials, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled tradespeople with daily job site tasks and project needs Move, load, and unload construction materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris and trash removal Use basic hand and power tools under supervision Help stage materials and prepare work areas for crews Follow directions from supervisors and lead tradespeople Follow all job site safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred Must have OSHA 10-hour Construction or willing to get OSHA 10 Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable and dependable with good attendance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Ability to pass a drug screen and background check if required
