We're looking for a reliable, hands-on construction worker who takes pride in clean work and shows up ready to learn and produce. We are willing to consider both entry level and experienced workers. What you'll do Demo, site prep, and cleanup Pressure washing, crack repairs, patching, surface prep Mixing and placing materials (patch products, acrylics, sand blends, etc.) Measuring/layout, masking, and painting court lines Loading/unloading tools and materials, keeping the jobsite organized Work outdoors on active jobsites (heat, sun, occasional damp mornings) What we're looking for Construction experience (general labor, concrete/asphalt, coatings, hardscape, landscape construction, painting, etc.) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Can lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physical days Valid driver's license + reliable transportation Shows up on time, communicates clearly, follows directions Comfortable using basic tools (shovels, rakes, saws, grinders, pressure washer, etc.)
