Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various projects from commercial & residential construction to public works. Projects can range from small remodels to new construction. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. We work on mostly high-end homes, you MUST show extreme levels of detail. We are a small and close knit team. You must be a team player! Responsibilities Execute construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, etc. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Work with sub-contractors to ensure completion of the project. Act and present yourself professionally to clients. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field required . Must have experience with framing, paint, drywall, etc. Tile or texture experience work is a plus. Ability to read building plans. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
