NOW HIRING - SKILLED LABORER F.C.
Construction, Inc. F.C. Construction, Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Laborer to join our growing construction team. We are looking for motivated individuals with hands-on construction experience who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities Perform general construction labor tasks on residential and commercial projects Assist with demolition, framing, fencing, boarding, site cleanup, and material handling and much more Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load/unload materials and assist equipment operators as needed Follow jobsite safety procedures and company standards Work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced environments Qualifications Construction experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Knowledge of basic construction tools and jobsite safety Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently Preferred Experience Demolition General construction Fencing and boarding Concrete or framing experience Equipment operation (a plus) Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Full-time work available
