All employees are regularly scheduled for an 8-hour workday, but circumstances may arise that require employees to work beyond the 8-hour workday. Mental job requirements include remember processes, maintain focus, communicate with fellow workers, understand your job, make sound decisions, follow safety procedures, and work under possible stressful situations.
