Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials within the yard to ensure easy access and safety. Operate basic yard equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, or hand trucks to move supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the yard area by sweeping, trash removal, and organizing supplies. Support team members with inventory management by tagging, counting, and recording materials accurately. Perform routine safety inspections of the yard, including checking for hazards or damaged equipment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a secure working environment for everyone. Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and support ongoing projects. Skills Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and organization. Good communication skills to work effectively within a team setting. Basic knowledge of yard operations or experience operating equipment is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities on the job site.
