This is a full-time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for processing payroll on a weekly basis. Maintain and track employee sick/vacation/benefit plans. Maintain all Labor Compliance and Certified Payroll documents throughout the project in a timely and efficient manner. Gather, review and input employee pay and project hours data for certified payroll. Understanding of certified payroll requirements for federal, state, and local regulations. Interact via verbal and/or correspondence with general contractors to satisfy labor compliance requirements. Experience with using LCP Tracker and DIR website required. Perform other related duties as requested/required. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction payroll (preferred) Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll. Knowledge of wage labor laws and union labor compliance. Quickbooks knowledge is a plus. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, mainly Excel. Strong, detailed oriented work ethic a must. Self-starter with a well-honed sense of urgency and the ability to regularly meet deadlines. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
