Construction, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer / Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position involves landscape maintenance, irrigation work, site upkeep, and general property maintenance. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently and with a crew, and maintains a professional attitude in the field. Position Responsibilities Perform landscape and property maintenance services Lawn care including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and weed control Irrigation system maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs Tree and shrub trimming General site cleanup and maintenance Assist with hardscape installation and repair work Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety standards Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed Qualifications Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred Familiarity with landscaping techniques Irrigation maintenance Hardscape installation Ability to safely use hand tools and power equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work outdoors in all terrain and in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day Property maintenance experience is a plus What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Positive attitude Team-oriented mindset Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and grow with the company Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Full-time work available
