Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hands-On Field Service Manager to lead our field operations while actively participating in day-to-day service activities. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in both managing teams and working directly in the field to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Lead, train, and support a team of field service technicians Provide hands-on support in the field, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Coordinate service calls, dispatching, and daily operations Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company standards Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Receive requests through multiple types of service request platforms.( Service Channel, LX/VX, email, and via phone). Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize construction management software such as Fulcrum for project tracking and reporting. Daily Scheduling of in house staff. Oversee Service scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency. Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the service request lifecycle. Implement time management strategies to ensure timely completion of all tasks. Experience At least 5 years in construction service management or a related field is essential. Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools is preferred. Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques within the construction industry. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in construction site experience along with excellent project management skills.
