We specialize in new construction and major remodels and we take pride in quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and maintaining a strong team environment. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled construction worker with solid experience in finish carpentry, door installation, and general construction . This role involves working on a variety of projects across multiple job sites—ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things right. Key Responsibilities Finish carpentry (trim, baseboards, detailed woodwork) Door and hardware installation (hinges, handles, locks, etc.) Drywall patching and finishing Painting and general punch work Light framing, demolition, and job site cleanup Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Qualifications 5+ years of construction experience (required) Strong finish carpentry skills Experience with doors and hardware installation Proficient with hand and power tools High attention to detail and quality standards Professional, reliable, and able to take direction Customer-service mindset when working in occupied homes Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid time off Steady, full-time work with a reputable company Projects throughout the South Bay (Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach) Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Work Location Multiple job sites across the South Bay Must be able to reliably commute to Redondo Beach and surrounding areas
