Construction Laborer

Job Description Valley Patios - Riverside, CA Valley Patios is a growing outdoor construction company specializing in aluminum patio covers and outdoor living structures. We are looking for a reliable Construction Laborer / Apprentice to support installations and daily operations. This position is intended to be full-time , but we may be open to part-time for the right candidate. We are ideally looking for someone based near the Riverside area for convenience with scheduling, job site travel, and daily operations. Important Training Requirement The first approximately 60 days will require regular travel to the Palm Desert area for hands-on training .

During this period:

You will use your personal vehicle Fuel costs will be reimbursed Responsibilities Pick up materials from suppliers and manufacturers Accept deliveries and organize materials Deliver materials and tools to job sites Deliver materials between Valley Patios offices (San Diego, Orange County, and Coachella Valley) Assist installers during patio cover installations Dig footings and trenches for posts Assist with basic electrical connections (fans, lighting, etc.) Job site setup and cleanup Take job progress photos when needed Occasionally answer customer calls or assist with scheduling Help keep tools, truck, and materials organized Company Truck A company truck will be provided during working hours for deliveries and job site work. The truck must be returned at the end of each work day and kept clean and presentable at all times. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Able to lift 75+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in heat and sun Basic construction experience is helpful but not required Good communication and customer service skills Must be dependable and show up on time Schedule Full-time preferred Part-time may be considered for the right candidate Pay $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) About Valley Patios Valley Patios installs aluminum patio covers and outdoor living structures throughout Riverside County and surrounding areas.
