Laborers will receive on the job training with gradually increasing responsibilities. We also offer gas cards and health benefits. This position offers solid prospects for advancement inside a young company that continues to grow.

Experience Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Working, reliable transportation. 18 years of age. Previous construction experience preferred, but not necessary. Must be willing to work nights and out of town. (Hotels and Per Diem Provided) Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for a protracted length of time.

Tool Requirements:

16 Foot Tape Measure Basic Hand Tools (Hammer, Screw Drivers, Crescent Wrench, Flat Bar) Additionally, a cordless impact gun will be necessary after your first full paycheck.

Expectations:

Prompt and timely arrival to the jobsite. Reliability. Cleanliness. Respect of other people and other people's property. Work Remotely No Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures
