Responsibilities:

Assist with the demolition of buildings, structures, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, or loaders under supervision Remove debris and recyclable materials from job sites in accordance with safety protocols Follow blueprints, schematics, and demolition plans to ensure precise execution Support site cleanup and organize materials for recycling or disposal Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines Conduct basic inspections of the site to identify potential hazards or structural issues during demolition Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in demolition preferred; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment operation Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical systems, concrete, masonry, or carpentry is advantageous Join us in building something great!
