- Yard cleanup, picking contamination off piles, and general site upkeep
- Assist operators and maintenance with daily tasks
- Daily equipment inspections and housekeeping standards
- Learn and grow: we train laborers toward equipment operation (loaders, excavators, crushing plants) — this is a path, not a dead end
- Other duties as instructed by management What we're looking for:
- Reliable attendance and a safety-first attitude — Safety is our #1 Core Value, full stop
- Able to work outdoors year-round and lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Experience in construction, landscaping, ag, or yard work is a plus — work ethic matters more What you get:

Schedule:
