We're looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our on-site team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support daily construction activities, assist skilled trades, and help keep job sites safe and organized. Duties Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas Operate hand tools and power tools to support tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing Perform heavy lifting of materials like concrete blocks, rebar, and lumber to ensure efficient workflow Support concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth surfaces for floors, sidewalks, or foundations Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and blueprints for structural integrity Help with masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying Support roofing, framing, carpentry, and renovation activities by handling materials and assisting skilled tradespeople Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to support various tasks Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping equipment is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction site operations is essential Valid driver's license for commercial driving or related certifications are beneficial for supporting transportation needs Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction!
