We are hiring experienced, mid‑level tradespeople to support production, finishing, and interior/exterior installation inside our San Jacinto facility. Open Mid‑Level Skilled Trade Positions Electrician Install electrical devices, lighting, switches, and branch circuits inside modular units
Perform conduit work, wire pulls, and terminations
Read electrical layouts and coordinate with framing, HVAC, and ceiling systems
Work efficiently in a production‑paced environment while maintaining code compliance T‑Bar Installer Install T‑bar ceiling grid systems in modular classrooms
Cut, fit, and align ceiling tiles with precision
Coordinate ceiling layout with lighting, HVAC, and fire‑alarm components
Ensure level, clean, and structurally sound installations Sheet Vinyl Installer Install commercial‑grade sheet vinyl flooring
Perform subfloor prep, leveling, cutting, fitting, and heat‑welding
Ensure seamless, durable, and school‑safe flooring finishes
Maintain accuracy and speed in a production environment Door Installer Install interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware
Perform precise adjustments for smooth operation and proper clearances
Install locks, closers, hinges, and ADA‑required components
Read measurements and follow layout requirements accurately Painter Perform interior/exterior prep, masking, sanding, and priming
Apply coatings using spray, brush, and roll methods
Complete touch‑ups and finish corrections to production standards
Maintain consistent finish quality across multiple modular units Floor Installer Install carpet, vinyl plank, tile, and other commercial flooring materials
Perform layout, cutting, fitting, and adhesive application
Ensure clean, accurate, and durable installations
Work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship FRP & Tackboard Installer Install FRP wall panels and tackboard systems inside modular classrooms
Cut, fit, and adhere materials with clean seams and proper bonding
Work from layout drawings and coordinate with other interior finishes

Description Summary:
The Journeyman Electrician performs electrical work and inspections on wiring, fixtures, outlets, and other electrical components. You must maintain a deep understanding of building code regulations to check and ensure compliance with the highest standards of building design and construction. Success in this role will be demonstrated by employing effective process controls to ensure reliability, safety, and efficient installation.
Responsibilities:
Test electrical systems using tools that include voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and ohmmeters to determine where issues may be occurring, the safety of the system and to ensure compatibility. Document actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis of the situation and steps taken to resolve issues for each job or situation. Repair electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring or devices. Determine the steps necessary to assess an electrical situation using testing devices, blueprints, and maps. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements and through reporting violations of policies, procedures, and guidelines to immediate supervisor. Use ladders, scaffolding, platform, and lifts to work on electrical. Answer emergency calls quickly, assess the safety of the situation upon first arriving at the scene and provide directions to individuals affected by the electrical emergency to ensure their continued safety and comfort. Maintain equipment to ensure it is in good condition and can operate or be used safely; report any issues to immediate supervisor. Other duties as directed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Very strong organizational and communication skills Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out. Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects.
