Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Precast Laborer to join our production team. This role involves supporting the manufacturing of concrete products while working closely with supervisors and crew members to meet daily production goals safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Follow direction from supervisors and adhere to daily standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform concrete finishing tasks including chipping, scraping, and grinding using hand and power tools Assist in setting up and preparing forms for pouring concrete Install rebar, wire spacers, knockouts, and other materials per specifications Bolt and unbolt forms for stripping and setup processes Read and interpret production schedules and drawings Assist with pouring, consolidating, and finishing concrete Apply curing treatments using proper techniques Support operation of equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and hoists (as assigned) Clean and maintain plant areas using basic tools and equipment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of concrete or construction experience preferred Ability to read and write in English (preferred) Familiarity with construction tools and equipment Ability to read tape measures and interpret basic drawings Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent walking, bending, twisting, and reaching Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
