Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Crew Member to join our team. This position involves working on residential and commercial construction projects, assisting with installations, site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and general construction tasks. Whether you have construction experience or are eager to learn, we are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and work well with a team. Responsibilities Assist with construction projects and installations Use hand tools and power tools safely Load, unload, and move materials as needed Help maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders Perform general labor, demolition, and cleanup tasks Assist with framing, concrete, finish work, and other construction activities as needed Travel to various job sites throughout the workday Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with construction tools and equipment Experience in framing, concrete, remodeling, demolition, or general construction Ability to tow trailers or operate equipment is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement Full-time work Supportive team environment If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we'd love to hear from you.
