Concrete Repair Laborer- Based in Denver but must be able to travel

Pay:

$21-27 + per diem when traveling (hotel + 40-45 a day per diem)

Denver, CO but will be traveling to Aspen, Vail, and TEXAS Job Description We are seeking dedicated Construction Technicians to join our team immediately for both local and traveling projects. Our focus is on structural and repair work for commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Perform concrete repair, demolition, and finishing. Execute waterproofing tasks. Engage in formwork and carpentry activities. Replace rebar and conduct caulking. Install expansion joints and apply coatings. Carry out carbon fiber installations. Essential Skills Experience in construction, particularly concrete and formwork. Proficiency in concrete pours, rebar work, and demolition. Skilled in carpentry, framing, and jackhammer operations. Ability to apply epoxy and coatings. Concrete finishing and landscaping experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of commercial construction experience is preferred. Experience in farm work, landscaping, or other exterior labor environments is acceptable. Familiarity with large construction sites and site safety is advantageous. Current project locations include Aspen, Telluride, Cortez, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arvada, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
