Job Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor in an open excavation. Conduct Flagging and/or traffic control as needed. Operate and maintain equipment as needed. 1 year of construction experience preferred. Able to work in confined spaces and open trenches. Follow OSHA and all safety procedures. Great attendance and worth ethic. Must be able to stand for long periods of time based on task requirements. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand to operate and repair heavy equipment. Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Responsible for arriving at jobsite via own method of transportation. Crews change jobsites regularly throughout Southern Colorado. Must have reliable source of transportation.
Experience:
Work requires individuals to be aware of their surroundings and have good balance and physical strength.
