This position will perform a wide variety of residential construction, repair, remodeling, and outdoor living projects throughout the Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and is comfortable working across multiple trades. This position reports directly to the Superintendent and works alongside project managers and support staff to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour

In Person Responsibilities Complete construction and repair projects according to company standards Read and interpret plans, drawings, and work orders Perform layout, framing, carpentry, and finish work Troubleshoot and solve field conditions independently Work efficiently with a helper when assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate project needs and progress to the Superintendent Represent the company professionally with customers Requirements 5+ years of residential construction experience Strong carpentry skills Experience across multiple trades preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic hand tools Strong problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone to manage crews or run projects. We're looking for a highly skilled, dependable construction professional who can step into a variety of project types and consistently deliver quality workmanship.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
