This role requires approximately 75% travel, with all travel expenses fully covered. Typical rotations are 1-2 weeks on the road, followed by a minimum of 2-4 days at home between trips. This is a strong opportunity for candidates seeking steady hours, paid travel, and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities Perform concrete repairs, resurfacing, and improvement work Apply various trowel-down concrete techniques Operate jackhammers for extended periods Complete demolition and job site clean-up Transport tools and materials to and from work areas Maintain clean, organized equipment and workspaces Follow all company and jobsite safety standards Qualifications Experience working with concrete required; epoxy experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday Valid driver's license with clean driving record Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to work overtime as needed Compensation & Benefits Paid travel time Company-paid hotel accommodations $45 per day per diem Consistent year-round work with overtime available Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan
