How You Will Make an Impact Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective residential and commercial clients. Persuade hesitant or undecided property owners to choose our premier construction services over market competitors. Formulate professional relationships with customers by deploying advanced active listening and rapport-building techniques. Document all client communications and lead updates precisely within the corporate CRM software database. Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless transition and scheduling of newly acquired clients. Execute premade conversational scripts accurately while maintaining an empathetic, solution-oriented approach under pressure. Cultivating professional relationships with local area partners industry to This role requires someone who can confidently engage with industry professionals, establish mutually beneficial relationships, and develop referral pipelines that contribute to consistent business growth. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of related experience in client acquisition, phone sales, or a high-volume call center environment. Proven experience working comfortably with modern CRM platforms, appointment scheduling systems, and digital data entry. Demonstrated capability to manage challenging, fast-paced customer interactions with complete composure and professionalism. Exceptional verbal communication skills paired with a structured, highly organized approach to daily lead follow-up. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completion of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent certification. Prior sales or account management experience specifically focused on overcoming client objections and closing leads. Previous professional background or general familiarity within the residential construction or remodeling industry.
