This energetic role offers hands-on involvement in a variety of building projects, from residential renovations to residential remodeling. As a Master Tradesman you will utilize your diverse skill set to perform essential tasks that ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with the installation of framing, drywall, finishing material, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools. Completing projects from start to finish Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately Conduct renovation tasks such as plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and restoration work to improve existing structures Handle heavy lifting and material transportation while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Beginner level experience with some knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and metal stud framing, but not required.
