  • General Laborers (Fire Watch)

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Perform
  • fire watch duties
  • to maintain a safe work environment during and after hot work activities + Monitor work areas for fire hazards, sparks, and unsafe conditions + Maintain continuous observation of assigned zones + Communicate effectively with supervisors and on-site teams + Follow all site-specific safety procedures and protocols + Complete necessary documentation and incident reports + Assist with general labor and site support tasks as needed •Qualifications•+ High school diploma or GED preferred + Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required + Strong safety awareness and attention to detail + Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods + Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented + Willingness to learn and grow within the company •Physical Requirements•+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods + Lift up to 30 lbs as needed + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions •Why Join Us?

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
