• Support large commercial and industrial projects by performing site cleanup, material handling, equipment operation, and general labor tasks. Ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and want steady hours in the construction field.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform daily site cleanup and debris removal + Sweep floors and operate a floor scrubber + Build, place, and maintain jobsite signage + Wash windows; operate a boom lift when needed + Assist with demolition and debris handling + Move materials, tools, hoses, and temporary piping + Support traffic‑control setup and parking lot adjustments + Transport materials and drive company vehicles as assigned + Set up and monitor pumps and other equipment + Follow all safety rules and use required PPE + Complete additional labor tasks as directed •Skills & Qualifications•+ Construction, demolition, or final clean experience preferred + Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for long periods + Able to learn or operate equipment (scrubber, pumps, boom lift) + Strong attention to detail and reliability + Valid driver's license and dependable transportation + Comfortable working indoors/outdoors and at heights •Schedule & Pay•+ Full‑time | Day shift | 40 hrs/week + Overtime available +

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
