Job Description
General labor/Construction laborer $20-$21 hourly, Centennial, 80111 Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform final finish painting on pre-fabricated exterior walls Inspect completed work for defects, inconsistencies, runs, overspray, scratches, and surface imperfections. Sand, fill, caulk, patch, and prepare surfaces for final coating applications. Match paint colors, sheen levels, and textures to existing finishes. Apply paints, stains, lacquers, clear coats, and specialty finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Tile Grout and project preparation Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2+ years of professional painting or finishing experience. Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and finishing products. Experience with spray equipment, brushes, rollers, and touch-up applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to read work orders, specifications, and finish schedules. Assist with up work areas to ensure smooth workflow. 2 years of tile grout experience
