Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction/Industrial Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction/Industrial tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Assist in various construction tasks, including but not limited to grading, excavation, and site preparation. Assist with Industrial tasks, including but not limited to Sand blasting, Painting, and Coating. Perform grade measuring to ensure the accuracy of construction layouts. Operate and maintain equipment and tools required for tasks. Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the setup of scaffolding and other temporary structures as needed. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is required (minimum of 6 months) Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Proficient in grade measuring techniques. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
