Job Description

$21.00 - $23.00 We are looking for a General Laborer to join our Construction Division working in Grand Junction, CO and surrounding areas. In this position you will be responsible for supporting construction operations by performing work required as part of the crew. Why apply? Competitive wages. Opportunities for overtime.

Role Responsibilities:
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and adjusting equipment within assigned functional area. Conducting quality checks and operating computer-controlled systems. Safely operating support machinery and mobile equipment. Maintaining records and adhering to housekeeping standards. Following all company, MSHA, and safety guidelines while holding others to the same standards.
About You We Require:
Knowledge of proper shoveling technique. Ability to work long hours. Maintain good housekeeping practices on plant and equipment using water hoses and shovels. General labor duties such as shoveling and sweeping. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays. Cross train with other positions to maximize abilities within Previous construction experience required. Able to follow verbal and written instructions. High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience preferred. Hands-on experience with mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
