We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious individuals to help maintain a safe work environment on roadways, construction sites, and special events. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement. No previous experience? No problem, we'll train you! Responsibilities Direct traffic in and around construction zones Set up and take down signs, cones, and barricades Communicate clearly with other flaggers, team members, and the public Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Ensure the safety of workers and the public by monitoring traffic conditions Assist the Traffic Control Supervisor with any job set up Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately Experience Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying weather conditions No experience required, all training will be provided Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to construction sites What We Offer Competitive hourly wage On-the-job training and certification opportunities Growth and advancement potential Supportive and safety-focused team culture Community oriented company - Women and Veteran Owned Join our team as a Flagger and contribute to creating safer roadways while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry!
