This is a hands-on position supporting final construction phases, material handling, cleanup, and punch list work on active job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, wants to learn construction, and takes pride in helping projects stay clean, organized, and moving forward. Responsibilities General job site cleanup and organization Moving and stocking materials throughout units and job sites Assisting subcontractors and project managers as needed Helping with punch list and final-detail tasks Light demolition and basic construction labor Sweeping, trash removal, and preparing units for final stages Using basic hand tools safely and efficiently Maintaining a safe and professional job site environment Requirements Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Positive attitude and willingness to work hard Construction experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
