Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming plans into reality! This energetic role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, utilizing your hands-on skills and enthusiasm for construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in the construction industry while contributing to high-quality builds. Duties Assist with the installatio of new civil construction and additions for existing homes, ensuring structural integrity according to the plans, Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support various construction activities Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as moving materials, debris removal, and site cleanup. Participate in civil construction on new commercial and residential sites, including new water and sewer services. Read plans accurately to assist with layout work and ensure project specifications are met. Support restoration projects by performing demolition, surface preparation, or rebuilding tasks as directed Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Willingness to learn is key Hands-on knowledge and interpretation of plans enhances your effectiveness on site Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other construction equipment is highly desirable Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking throughout the workday. Pay:
