Construction Technician

Job Title:

Construction Technician Job Description As a Construction Technician, you will engage in dirt work, pipework, erosion control, maintenance, and installation of various miscellaneous items. You will assist operators with pipe installation and grading tasks, as well as address punch list duties such as reseeding, adding park benches, replacing concrete, and touch-up painting. Responsibilities Perform dirt work, pipework, and erosion control tasks. Assist with maintenance and installation of miscellaneous items. Support operators with pipe installation and grading. Execute punch list duties including reseeding and adding park benches. Replace concrete and perform touch-up painting as needed. Essential Skills Experience in erosion control, utilities, earthwork, or landscaping for at least 1 year. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, including boulders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Career growth opportunities into roles such as erosion control assistant superintendent. Learn river work and park projects as an equipment operator or crew leader. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
