Job Description

Help us build homes that carry good energy. We're forming our first crew in Colorado and need a Skilled Laborer who wants more than just another construction job. You'll work alongside experienced carpenters, learn SIPs construction, and help create premium mountain homes with care and intention. What you'll do: Assist with framing, sheathing, siding, and site work. Keep the job site clean and organized. Grow into higher roles as we expand.
Requirements:
2+ years construction experience. Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude. Willing to learn and take pride in the work. Proficiently using hand/power tools. Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, work in various weather conditions, and spend long hours on feet. Ability to work well within a team and follow detailed instructions.
Pay:
$30-$32 per hour + overtime.
