This is a full‑time position, Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM , with overtime available .

As our Earthwork Operations Technician

• Grading Laborer, you'll support daily earthwork operations by performing hands‑on labor, checking grades with accuracy, and operating small equipment to help keep each project moving efficiently.

You'll work closely with your team to prepare sites, shape terrain, and assist with essential excavation and utility work. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn as you help bring projects from the ground up with precision and pride.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Valid driver's license Experience in civil construction is preferred.
