Job Description

Job Summary Busy Class "A" Contractor seeking full-time skilled individuals with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in residential remodel/repair projects. Willing to train the right candidate. Be able to start work immediately when hired. Must have a valid driver's license and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship. Duties Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting to bring project specifications to completion. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, and glass with precision, ensuring proper fit and finish. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively during construction activities. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project. Manage construction site safety protocols while coordinating with team members to ensure timely project progress. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to any job site (No drop offs) (Van or pick-up a plus) Have basic construction related tools (Specialty tools provided) Clean background desired but not a disqualifier if you have prior criminal convictions so long as they are non-violent convictions. Able to work Mon - Fri with no restirctions Able to work off ladders and not afraid of heights if needed with no restirctions Competitive hourly pay offered based on skill level (paid weekly on Wednesdays) Have and provide copies of all documents required to legally work in the U.S. Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related trades. Familiarity with various construction skills including concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, restoration work, hardscape, installation, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry work, and fixture installation. Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing basics to support integrated remodeling efforts. Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders along with hand tools safely and efficiently. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients alike.
