Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and tools Support skilled workers by providing assistance with measurements, mixing concrete, or installing basic components Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly disposing of waste Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, including shovels, wheelbarrows, and hand-held power tools Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and accurately Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues that may impact safety or progress Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward collaboration Basic understanding of construction safety standards and practices Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and reliably Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members Willingness to learn new skills and operate various tools and equipment responsibly Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not required Join us in building something great!
