Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to minimize risks. Perform general maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors. Help with the installation of structures such as walls, roofs, and flooring. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
