Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards Coordinate daily project activities, including site preparation, planting, hardscaping, irrigation installation, and maintenance tasks Oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish, adhering to design specifications and timelines Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client satisfaction Train team members on proper techniques for landscaping, lawn care, tree care, horticulture practices, and equipment operation Maintain safety protocols and ensure all team members follow OSHA regulations and company policies Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, construction, and garden design Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and horticulture principles Skilled in gardening and plant installation with an eye for detail and aesthetics Leadership qualities that promote teamwork, safety awareness, and continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor environments who thrive in active leadership positions.
