Full-time, Year-round Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Remodeling Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of physical tasks in a remodeling environment, supporting skilled trades and contributing to the safe, efficient completion of projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of work areas by removing furniture, fixtures, and debris Perform demolition, removal, and disposal of outdated or damaged materials Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, hammers, etc.) for carpentry, demolition, and finishing tasks Help install or repair flooring, drywall, trim, and other remodeling materials Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools according to project plans Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, following OSHA and safety regulations Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with site prep and material handling when required Dispose of construction debris and waste in compliance with local regulations Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required Valid driver's license Experience in remodeling, construction, or related trades (carpentry, demolition, concrete work, etc.) Proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to operate basic construction equipment Strong physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work in varied weather conditions Ability to read and interpret scopes of work Teamwork, communication, and safety-conscious attitude Work Environment On-site work in residential and commercial remodeling projects.
